Story:
“To be honest, I hardly submitted my story Because I was not 100% “perfect” during the challenge. But then I realized: “Well, that’s the point, right?” Life will not always be perfect, and we will not. It is during these imperfect moments that we have to do Buiter back and stay with the foundations.
I started strong, but around the 6th week of the challenge I had to undergo unexpected operation, which took me the rest of the challenge. Despite the roadblocks, I kept the foundations of the LSF HBMP and I am now 12 pound lighter And a total of 12.5 inch smaller! If you get something out of my story, let it be this: Don’t let a little hiccup ruin your entire journey! I could have thrown the towel in the towel, but I didn’t do that, and the results are more than great. You don’t have to be 100% perfect to see results.
The “old I” would have given up the moment that I had surgery, thinking: “Screw it, I can’t be 100% perfect, so what’s the point?” But I realized that LSF is not just a diet or craze – it is really a lifestyle and a maintainable one! The past 8 weeks have proven that for me and hopefully to everyone who follows my journey on Instagram. I have never felt better (or there), and the confidence I have now is priceless.
Thank you, Team LSF, for the powerful of women like me to rediscover their strength, trust and joy and to know that I can even continue through the difficult times in life. “

Story:
“The last three years have been life -changing for me. I started a family and now have two beautiful babies, one two and a half years old and a nine months old. As my family has grown, my body is too. Really struggled with losing weight And maintain about 15 pounds more than what I started with. After my son I just added to what I had already won, but this time I wanted to stop looking at weight loss as a one -off goal, but rather a lifestyle that could be maintained forever. I Lost 8 pounds During this challenge and am now under my prepregnancy -weight For my son !!
But that is not what is the most important thing for me. In addition to my photos before and after for this challenge, I have one before and after mindset. Before I thought, if I don’t stay my plan, I am a failure. I might as well restart tomorrow. After I think If I don’t stick to my plan, it’s okay, I’m man! I might as well Find joy at the moment because I am still on my journey!
For me this challenge was not to be perfect (although hello 55 -Days App -Workoutstreak!), It’s about the Discipline to push myself and stay consistent while grace has to be accepted when things are not “perfect”. There were days when I didn’t have the energy to go into everything, but I still found a way to move and give what I could. There were days when I enjoyed an ice with my daughter, but I still made sure that I achieved my protein goals and made a vegetarian goals with every meal. I am so proud of what I have achieved in the last 8 weeks, but more importantly, I am proud of the framework that I have set up to continue to achieve my goals and Become the best version and role model of myself for my children and husband!“

“SSD was an eye opening challenge For me because it was my first challenge of 8 weeks back to the LSF community. I had to sit with myself and evaluate what stopped me to be happy in my skin and really try with my diet. I Cut excessive alcohol and tried to be aware of which calories went and came out! I 1000% have increased my activity With the bonus movements, app training sessions and every day run at least a mile at work or with my dog. I stopped making apologies And started digging in my discipline reserve, something that has not been used for a long time.
A huge change that I have implemented this challenge was actually Participate in an Accountability Group. It was nice to see that other women went through the same things as feeling and burning, etc. But we continued to appear for ourselves! Very inspiring! I have tried new training techniques and fell in love with moving my body again For 20-30 minutes to not only improve my physical appearance, but also to stimulate mental cognition and mood! I am one Full Love Sweat Fitness -Reliever since 2019 And you just keep impressing me with the quality and quantity of challenges to keep us motivated and look at our best. “
