Protein pickle dip

Portions: 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of mixed cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tablespoons. or more afrak juice
  • 1 teaspoon. lemon juice
  • 1 handful of chopped fresh dill
  • 3 or 4 chopped chives
  • Sprinkle Ranch herbs, to taste (contains salt)
  • Child salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon. garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon. onion powder
  • 1/4 cup of fried onions

Instructions:

  1. Mix the base: stir in a medium bowl the mixed cottage cheese and the Greek yogurt into a smooth mixture.
  2. Add taste: Fold the chopped pickles, chives, dill, pickle juice, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, ranch spices, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine. Cover and put in the fridge for at least 1 hour to merge the flavors. If the dip seems too thick after chilling, stir more pickle juice to achieve the desired consistency.
  3. Finish and serve: before serving, cover the dip with fried onions, a few extra chopped pickles and a sprinkling fresh dill. Serve with your favorite raw vegetables or chips.
