5 ways to reset and achieve your fitness goals

Life happens. Maybe you have crushed your training sessions and suddenly hit a wall. Or maybe you just come from a busy season where your training sessions took on.

Wherever you are, it’s okay. The key to long -term success is not perfection, it is the possibility to reset, concentrate and continue.

If you are ready to recognize your goals and make real progress, here is exactly how you can reset and achieve your fitness goals. Don’t wait until tomorrow, start today.

1. Connect again with your why

Before you jump back into training or review your routine, take the time to reconnect with why you are on this trip. Do you want to feel more confident in your skin? Stimulate your energy? Build up strength and endurance? Lose weight? Do you feel better from the inside?

Write it down. Keep it somewhere where you will see every day, whether it is your diary, your bathroom mirror or your vision board.

2. Start fresh with a plan

The fastest way to kill Momentum is trying to ‘wings’. That is why having a structured plan makes the difference. And we took all the gambling for you and have made a plan, all you have to do is follow and stay consistent.

Your space influences your energy and habits. Do a quick reset:

  • Small your kitchen on: throw away the expired and processed snacks and fill out again with fresh, whole foods

  • Lay your training clothing the night before

  • Set up your training room the night before in your favorite place, so that you are ready for your fast morning movement

4. Track small victories

It is easy to concentrate on how far you should go, but the real habits start when you celebrate the small victories along the way.

  • Have you done a 10 -minute training? Win.

  • Have you made a protein smoothie instead of skipping breakfast? Win.

  • Have you worked your Move app 3 days in a row? Huge victory.

5. Accountability

Trying to achieve only your fitness goals can feel insulating and you can lose momentum quickly. Participating in an accountability group or finding an accountability partner to check in ins, chat about your victories and your lows, can make the difference in how you appear every day.

This is your chance to tackle you.
