What makes this chocolate fudge -Brownie “healthy”?

Michelle exchanges white sugar and uses more natural sweeteners, including banana and maple syrup. Bananas are a great source of potassium and other vitamins. And maple syrup Has more minerals and antioxidants than refined sugar.

She also uses almond milk as a vegan and vegetable alternative to dairy milk. Almond milk is lower in calories than regular milk. It is also a good source of vitamin E, which can help Reduce inflammation.

6 ingredient Healthy chocolate fudge recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Medium ripe banana (~ 60 g)
  • 1 scoop (40 g) Chocolate -protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon (5g) cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) almond milk (can use any milk or just water)
  • 2 tablespoons (25 g) Dark chocolate flakes + extra on top if you want

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, puree the ripe banana to pured.
  2. Add the protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup and milk. Mix until the protein powder is dissolved.
  3. Add the chocolate chips.
  4. Transfer the batter to a microwave Ramekin. Optional: decorate with extra chocolate flakes on top.
  5. Microwave at high for 90 seconds or bake in the oven for about 12 minutes at 180 degrees C/ 360 degrees F.
  6. Dig in and enjoy it!
