Pumpkin spices Oatmeal raisins cookies

Pumpkin spices Oatmeal raisins cookies

Soft and tough, with an eruption of pumpkin flavor, these are not the oatmeal cookies of your grandmother. Planned pumpkin stands for the butter that is normally used in oatmeal cookies. Make sure you dry the pumpkin briefly with paper towels to remove excess moisture – otherwise the cookies can be too damp. Feel free to add a handful of heart-healthy walnuts to the batter if you are so inclined.
