“When I started Summer Shape Up I wasn’t in a good place because I had stopped training and wasn’t eating healthy. I’ve done a lot of LSF challenges in the past but I had stopped training for a while and was feeling mentally or mentally not at my best physically.”
“When I saw Summer Shape up starting, I decided I would start fresh and create a new healthy routine by exercising and eating healthy. The first week of SSU was the hardest because I had to create a new routine, but once i got through the first week it became easier thanks to the Move app, Warm Body Meal Planand the amazing LSF community to keep me motivated. I now exercise every morning and it has changed my mental health immensely. I struggle with anxiety and training helps me a lot.”
“I’ve come this far and am making healthier choices every day. I’m making progress every week and that’s all that matters to me. I’ve lost 7 pounds this challenge, but also had a non-scale win because my clothes were once tight tired, barely fits anymore I went from size medium to small. My biggest victory is that I feel better not only physically but also mentally Teamlsf because I know they keep me going through challenges and beyond.”

“I still struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle when my routine at home is interrupted. This year it was a real eye-opener for me. I weighed myself in June after our travels and have never been this high on the scale. I was just tired and slow in general.”
“The past six weeks have helped me realize that I can do so much more than I think I can. I’m sad to see the challenge end, but I still plan to check in and do the app workouts. The support of Team LSF and the community is unlike anything I’ve ever gotten from a gym, training class, or online platform. So proud of all the girls participating in the challenge. These girls inspired me every day to stand up for myself. I love that we are like a little online family.”

“This was my very first time doing any kind of love sweat fitness training/challenge. I joined the MOVE app a week before the challenge and was blown away by how difficult but fun the workouts were. I also bought the hot body nutrition plan and the 14 days (shape-up) long ago, like years ago, and had never followed them. But I decided to do them this time and I was amazed at how easy the meal plan actually was to follow. I love how you offer easy substitutions for carbs and fats and how realistic the meal plan is. I can still prepare meals with my husband in the evening, but also stick to my goals.”
“I participated goals gang about halfway through the challenge and I feel like that was really what catapulted me into the community a little bit more. The girls there are very motivating. It’s also very refreshing to see you, Katieinteract with us and give Lil facts along the way. I love the motivation and going deeper than just the workouts and meal plan. I think this really sets your program apart from all the other fitness programs I have been a part of for years.”
“For the first time in two years since my son was born, I feel like I’ve found a way to make time for myself, get my body back, get my mental clarity back and actually enjoy myself again. taking care of myself. I honestly didn’t know if I would ever lose the baby weight and postpartum weight that I had gained from the three years of not really taking care of myself. But when I started exercising and following the nutrition plan, the weight started to lose weight effortlessly. The nutrition plan is what for me is there that groundbreaking? The meals make sense from a nutritional perspective, but they are also so satisfying and I never felt deprived. I feel like my eyes have been opened to a whole new way of life, as silly as that sounds I know that by taking care of myself and feeling good about myself, I pour that energy into my family as well. I feel like a better mother, I feel like a better wife and I just feel motivated in all areas of my life now.”

“Not only do I struggle with anxiety due to exhaustion and long distances, but I am also currently a physically single mother. Without the help of team lsfMaybe I stopped training.”
“Although I didn’t lose many pounds during this challenge, I did gain strength, muscle, and the ability to eat right and train during tough challenges. I lost about 3 pounds. I learned to eat right without the foods that I like to limit my food and without giving up my sweet tooth, I have learned that patience is key and that I should not compare myself to someone who I think would be better looking than me or compare myself to my old body.
“This challenge has taught me that it’s okay to adjust things when the going gets tough, but I always have to remember why I’m doing it so I don’t give up and get out of the routine. I wouldn’t say I do this. ” I lost my Love Handles like I wanted to, but I gained muscle in my glutes and strengthened my arms… which was another of my goals that I’ve had for over two years.”
“I used the LSF 14 days shape-up And HBMP while doing this challenge. I even brought my meal plans with me to my vacation up north. I wanted to stick to a meal plan that would satisfy my hunger while still keeping my goals intact. During this challenge I discovered my love for wing woman and now I can’t stop drinking it every day. Not only has it helped my immune system, but it’s also my favorite morning drink that I can’t go a day without.”
