5 tips to help you find your motivation again:
1. Mix up your routine
Try something different by trying a new training video in our MOVE apptaking a walk, or even just taking your things MOVEMENT exercise outside for some fresh air and some vitamin D.
2. Contact your accountability group
Check in with your accountability group or close friends and family can help you stay motivated and accountable during this health and fitness journey. Share your struggles, goals and successes with them. Let them help you stay on track when you’re feeling unmotivated.
3. Train with a friend
Exercising with a friend or family can make your workouts more fun and you’ll be more willing to get it done if someone does it with you. Schedule regular workout appointments with a friend or family member to keep each other on track. Having them with you will keep you accountable and motivated.
4. LSF long distance babe
Although most girls from the LSF community live in different cities, states and countries, training with a long distance LSF babe can provide you with a virtual training buddy who can help keep you motivated and accountable. You can schedule a time to exercise at the same time to make it more fun + motivate each other!
5. Set small, achievable goals
Instead of focusing on one big, intimidating goal, break it down into smaller, more achievable micro goals. Celebrate your progress along the way and use those small wins to keep you motivated and on track.
Reminder: It’s normal to experience ups and downs during your fitness journey. The most important thing is not to give up if you start to lose a little motivation and momentum. Use these tips to help you get out of your fitness funk and get back on track to achieving your goals.
