How to stay motivated after a challenge


After completing a challenge, like our Spring Slim Down Challenge 😉 it can be easy to lose momentum and fall back into old habits. But don’t worry, there are plenty of ways to stay motivated and keep up the momentum so you can continue achieving the goals you’ve worked so hard for!
