Best outdoor workouts to do in the summer:
1. Morning yoga
Start your day right with a relaxing yoga session in the park or in your backyard. Find a quiet spot, roll out your mat and relax and listen to the sounds of nature.
2. Beach walk
Beach walks are the perfect way to take your mind off what’s going on in your life right now. Take 10-30 minutes to take a walk on the beach, alone (with headphones in and your headphones on). favorite playlist or podcast) or go for a walk with a friend and enjoy life!
3. HIIT training
Take your high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to the beach for an extra challenge. The soft sand makes your muscles work harder and the sea breeze keeps you cool. HIIT workouts are great for burning calories and improving cardiovascular fitness.
