\Week 3 of our Spring Slim Down Challenge is here and we know it can be easy to stray a little from your goals, so here are 5 tips to help you stay motivated and on track with your goals!
1. Plan ahead
One of the best ways to stay on track with your workouts is to schedule them into your day. Write them down or add them to your calendar and block off free time so you feel motivated to complete your workout every day.
2. Meal preparation
Take some time to do this every week prepare meal + Make sure you have healthy snacks on hand. This way, when you’re in a pinch, you’ll be prepared for nutritious options instead of reaching for the unhealthy choices in your pantry.
3. Mix your workouts
Don’t get stuck in an exercise routine! Keep things interesting by varying your daily workouts. Try different types of workouts in our video library MOVE app. There’s everything from HIIT to yoga!
4. Find a workout buddy
Having a workout buddy can make it more fun and motivating to stay on track with your daily workouts. This could be a family member, close friend or an LSF babe! We also strongly believe that Accountability Groups play a key factor in keeping you motivated through our challenges. It’s never too late to join or create one!

5. Reward yourself
Don’t forget to celebrate your progress along the way! Set small goals for yourself and reward yourself when you achieve them. Treat yourself to a new workout outfit, a self-care day, or a fun activity you enjoy. These rewards can help you stay motivated and excited to continue your journey.
