Allison’s story:
“I’ve always struggled with my self-esteem. When I took my before photos, I looked at them with tears in my eyes. I was at my heaviest (including when I was pregnant). I didn’t recognize my own body and I knew it was time to get serious and quit.
I knew I couldn’t make excuses anymore, I had to change for myself and for my future health. So I followed the Move app workouts, completing them all. I joined an accountability group SSD Shining Stars & LSF mamas. I remained committed to following the 7 days slimming & HBMPand went on a 40 day sugar fast with my sister.
I started the journey hoping and praying that I could stick with it and not give up. So many encouraging women in the LSF community kept me going! The meal plans helped take the planning and guesswork out of the equation. And I think that was the key to my success.
Not only did I become physically stronger, I also grew in self-confidence! Since 2020 I have been struggling with anxiety, fatigue, migraines, dizziness and hormonal problems. Since I changed my diet and shifted my body, I have never felt better! My migraines are non-existent, my anxiety is SO MUCH better, I have ridiculous amounts of energy (I wake up at 5:30am) and my dizziness and hormonal issues are gone! LSF has been the key to getting myself back.”

Natalies Story:
“I gained over 35 pounds in my late 30s and hated every little thing about my body. I found it extremely challenging to change my habits and lifestyle. I had no plan or direction in which to change. I was tired. Tired of feeling tired, tired of not going out because I had nothing to wear, tired of feeling bad every day. This is when I decided to join the Spring Slim Down Challenge.
In just six weeks, I gained a confidence I didn’t know I had, I gained a new found happiness in getting up early in the morning, I gained an appreciation for my body and what it can do, I gained a new relationship with food and learning how to nourish my body, I gained a community of so much support, love and encouragement, not to mention I lost 9 pounds and my clothes fit so much better!
For me this is just the beginning! I am determined to be my best self yet and I have Katie and the LSF team/community to thank for that. I am so grateful and proud to be where I am today. I feel strong, motivated and excited for more! Good things DO come to those who sweat!”

“I started this challenge as a reset for the new year, to hold myself accountable for training with the move app every day and closely monitor the HBMP. I also really wanted a support system for this challenge, so I started #teamlsfslay and these women were incredible at motivating me and sharing their support throughout the challenge. I don’t think I could have stayed so consistent without them! This challenge has helped me develop the habit of consistently exercising and eating healthy.”

Our Pink Heart Award goes to a member of the #teamLSF community who not only stayed committed to their own fitness journey, but also gave her fellow #teamlsf babes a lot of encouragement! For each challenge, we ask members to submit people who motivated them and were a source of positivity and encouragement throughout the challenge.
Selena – Lost 11 pounds
“I have lost 17 pounds since starting the competition Feel Good 14 Challenge(of which I’ve lost 11 since starting SSD).
I stuck to a meal plan for over a month and now my husband and I are treating ourselves better nutritionally.
While that all feels incredible, this challenge had a lot less to do with achieving weight loss goals and more to do with cheering on the LSF girls who have cheered me on through every past challenge.
My why is to encourage others when they don’t believe in themselves or don’t get encouragement from the people in their lives and maybe even give up on their dreams.”

We received SO many amazing entries for this challenge that it was almost impossible to spotlight just our grand prize winner, runner-up, and pink heart recipient. We wanted to challenge these amazing members who also had crazy transformations and heartwarming stories!

Lost: 5 pounds
“I decided to make a change/adjustment, if you will, in regulating my workout hours and sleep cycle. I started coming home for lunch to prepare my healthy food at home and pack my workout clothes to take with me to change on the way after work Going to the gym. Going straight to the gym instead of going home first has helped me get to work out earlier, which means I eat earlier and then get more sleep. The last few weeks have been amazing and I have noticed a difference in body I can tell My body becomes sculpted, torn away, slimmer!”

Lost: 11 pounds
“I fully committed to SSD and worked on my physical health, but more importantly my mental health, and that in turn helped my physical health even more. This challenge was the first time I used the meal plans and I found them great. It was great to have a quick, simple and effective plan in front of me (just like the Move app before my exercises) so I wasn’t always thinking about what to make for meals! I’ve even found a few new favorite dishes (salmon and Greek yogurt) that were made before the HBMP I didn’t know I liked it so much.
There will always be challenges, but I take it one day at a time and will continue to do so. I’m so grateful for the #teamlsf girls who encourage and support me. That’s what I like about these challenges: we do it together!
I would say the biggest win of SSD is that I FINALLY got into a rhythm of exercise and protein in the morning. I had been trying to get it to work for a long time and this time it stuck! Yes! I showed up every day and made small changes that added up and I am proud of my hard work and results.”

“I’ve been through several of your challenges and I feel like this is the one that changed me the most. I did the hot body meal plan this time and I feel like I was able to transform my idea of healthy eating and drinking. I have set some healthy habits for myself. I have lost 6.5 to 8 pounds now, and since using this app I have lost 23 pounds!”
