How you can keep Momentum Post-SSD


You have crushed our 8 weeks Spring Slim Down Challenge! We cannot believe how quickly this challenge is over! As the challenge comes at the end of Sunday 4 May, you might wonder what you should do next or how do I not lose this momentum?

I only have the tips you need to stay on course and to touch those goals! Plus, a brand new challenge, details at the end !!

1. Set new goals

After completing the Spring Slim Down Challenge, you take the time to think about your performance and set new goals for yourself. Whether it is about improving your strength, increasing your endurance or trying a new video in MovementHaving clear goals helps you stay motivated.

2. Set a routine

Creating a daily routine that includes time for exercise and healthy eating can help you stay consistent with your healthy habits. Make exercise a priority by planning it in your day, just like any other appointment.

3. Group skills groups

Stay informed of your Accountability Group! Only because the challenge has ended does not mean that your group control must ins! Having someone or a group to keep you responsible can make a big difference to stay on the right track.

4. Focus on food

Remember that practice is only part of the comparison. Pay attention to your power supply is just as important for maintaining a Healthy lifestyle. Focus on eating whole, nutrient-tight food to feed your body and support your fitness goals.

5. Celebrate your progress

Don’t forget to celebrate your performance, no matter how small they seem. Recognize the hard work and the dedication that you have put out during our Spring Slim Down -and keep celebrating your progress while you continue.
