5 tips for the last week of SSU


You have come the last week of our Summer Shape Up challenging and that is something to celebrate! Whether you have crushed every training or have missed a few, this is your moment to end strong, to be proud and give everything.

1. Think about your progress

Before you dive into the last push, take the time to look back on how far you got. Perhaps you have built up a consistent training habit, improved your endurance or made healthier food choices. These victories are important, so they celebrate! Recognizing progress increases the motivation and reminds you why you started in the first place.

2. Plan your week
