Coconut and pineapple smoothie
Ingredients
- 3/8 cup (40 g) rolled oats
- 6.7 Ounces (200 ml) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup (100 g) Frozen pineapple -chunks
- 2 tablespoons (10 g) unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/8 cup (15 g) chopped pecans
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth and creamy. For a thicker texture, add extra oats and ice cubes and mix it again until well combined.
