Pumpkin herbs Protein smoothie
Ingredients
- 5 1/3 oz (150 g) 0% ordinary Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup (122 g) canned pumpkin
- 1/2 large (68 g) frozen banana
- 1 teaspoon of pumpkin herb mixture
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) ice cubes
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a powerful blender. Mix on high to slippery. Add more ice for a thicker consistency. Serve immediately.
